The Green Micro Fiber Wash Pad is a premium, scratch-free, microfiber chenille wash mitt that is extremely gentle on paint, glass and plastic trim. When paired with the Vital Car Wash Soap, the microfiber strands will help to remove stuck on dirt and contaminants without causing any swirl stains or scratches.

Chenille comes from the French word for “caterpillar” and you’ll see that our shaggy microfiber strands are green and thick, just like caterpillars. The soft fibers are plaited together to make them extra thick and absorbent, so you can expect your mitt to hold an enormous amount of water. One wipe should be enough to cover large surfaces, making this perfect for the bodywork washing process while also ensuring that no scratches or swirls are left on your vehicle. The green color also highlights dirt and grime, allowing you to really target tough areas and get your car looking beautiful all over. This is a big, shaggy mitt that you can get a real handful of it and wipe any flat or contoured surface. It’s incredibly satisfying using this mitt – it’s so plush, soft and absorbent that your enjoyment levels are really maxed out!

Effective Use – How to wash your car using our Vital Car Wash Soap and Green Microfiber Wash Pad:

Step 1: Fill a bucket with 2oz of Vital Car Wash Soap for every 4 gallons of water – this distribution ensures the maximum amount of suds will be created. You shouldn’t need more than 3.5 gallons of liquid to wash all the dirt on your bodywork away – one of our 3.5-gallon pails will be perfect. Use the Proje Bucket Grit Guard in your bucket before starting the cleaning process, so all excess dirt is trapped at the bottom of the bucket and isn’t reintroduced into the wash solution.

Step 2: Fill a separate bucket with only water and grit guard. Now, get a separate bucket with another grit guard and fill this just with water. It’s essential that you use the two-bucket wash method to get the cleanest possible result with no risk of scratching.

Step 3: Agitate the bucket with the soap using the Proje Green Micro Fiber Wash Pad to create super suds. It’s the suds that will strip all the dirt away from your paintwork, so don’t worry about too many suds – it’s the sign of a good product!

Step 4: Now it’s time to wash the car using the two-bucket wash method. Rinse the car with fresh water first, then use the wash pad to wash the car from top to bottom. Wash in horizontal lines from top to bottom for an even clean. The microfibers will remove dirt without damaging any paintwork, waxes or sealants, so while you don’t need to worry about rubbing too hard, you’ll also find that you don’t really need to as the Vital Car Wash Soap is extremely effective.

Step 5: Each time you need to add more soap to your wash pad, first rinse it in the water bucket, so there is no contamination of the soap bucket. When you rinse your Green Micro Fiber Wash Pad, rub it directly against the grit guard at the bottom of the bucket to ensure you completely remove any excess dirt or grit from the wash pad before putting it back in the soap bucket.

Caring for Microfiber Towels and Wash Mitts

  1. Wash in order of cleanliness – your wash mitt should be kept separate from your microfiber towels.

  1. Wash cleaner towels before dirtier mitts. Use hot water when you machine wash; remember that our microfiber towels get even softer with each wash!

  2. Don’t use any fabric softeners, as they cause the microfibers to clog and matt.

  1. If you want to machine dry your towels and mitts, do so on the lowest heat setting. You can also air dry them, which will ensure that none of the fibers get frazzled.

This takes the anxiety of when to buff off from “flash times.” I purchased the prep and ceramic bottle bundle, and the process was extremely easy, leaving a deep and glossy shine. I saw the ad on social media and decided to give them a chance, I’m glad I did! I’ll definitely be using their products for a long time.

I was skeptical when I first saw the ad for the ceramic coating, I purchased a bottle and tried it and I was amazed by the results! I almost purchased a tiny bottle from another company for over $150 I am glad I came across this before I did! Yes I use proje products on my nissan skyline r32!!

This stuff is amazing. I’ve tried a few other sio2 coating and of course butter wax and things. But this stuff blows them all away! Awesome shine. Awesome hydrophobic properties. Nothing wants to stick to my truck now. Just wash away with water! Awesome product! I’m satisfied.
