Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

We ship via Ground. Method of shipment is fully at our discretion (UPS, FEDEX or USPS). We do not ship internationally.

We offer fee shipping on orders over $50.00 that is only available to US addresses (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US holdings) (product price - excludes discounts, taxes and shipping).

We ship in one to three business days from date of purchase. Your package will arrive to you within 2-7 business days. Our operating days and hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and excluding holidays.

You will receive an email once your order has shipped with a link to track your package.

Please make sure your order is correct before placing it. Absolutely no changes can be made after your order is placed.

We do not ship to PO Boxes or Military PO Addresses, only physical addresses.

If you have limitations on which carriers can or cannot deliver to your residence, please contact us BEFORE placing your order.

If you put order notes in your order - this will delay shipment.

We do not ship internationally. Therefore, we do not ship to freight forwarding companies. Orders deemed to be shipped to a freight forwarder may be cancelled. Should an order be shipped to a freight forwarding address, we are not liable for any damages, or issues that may arise after the order has left our warehouse. We are not responsible for freight carrier's delivery mistakes and issues, lost or stolen packages. We reserve the right to cancel any order that doesn't follow our policy.

 

Returns

We offer 30 Days Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee. Please contact us at support@projeproducts.com to initiate return and refund process. Your email must include your name, order number, email address. Customer is responsible for return cost. We will issue a refund once items are examined by our return department and depending on items conditions and amount of products were used. Also, original shipping cost that we paid to deliver for your order to you will be deducted from refund amount.

For Damaged items:To be eligible for a replacement for damaged items, you must email support@projeproducts.com within 5 calendar days of your order being received. Your email must include your name, order number, email address,phone number, description of defective item, and a picture showing the defect. We will use that picture for carrier insurance claim.

Sending all of this information will insure your issue is handled quickly. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping returns.

If you email us outside of that 5 calendar days, you may not be eligible for claim.

Once return department team has assessed your issue, we will contact you with the status of your replacement or refund. Please allow for up to 2 days to hear a response from us. 

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method). In the case you no longer have that payment method, we are only able to issue store credit. Any refund offered will not include the original shipping cost. 

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policy. Please note that a refund can take up to 10 business days to appear in your statement but could take as long as two billing cycles. We appreciate your patience! 

Note: Should you ship an item to a freight forwarder, we will not warranty any products for damages.
