Proje’s 21PRO is perfectly balanced allowing it to operate at a low vibration for optimal comfort and reduces fatigue. Save time and energy on large detailing projects with the 21mm throw and 1000w power. Eradicate paint imperfections with Proje’s 2 step polish using the Leveling Polishing and Revive Final Polish. Leave behind a mirror like finish. The 21PRO has been vigorously tested by our team and professional detailers making it the ideal choice for achieving stunning results. Attach a Proje pad to your backing plate which should already be attached to your DA Polisher.Litely spray the pad with some quick detailer or clay lube like the Surge Quick Detailer or Throwback Clay Lube.Add 4 dime size drops of Leveling Polish or Revive Final Polish. Change the speed of your 21PRO DA to a 1Place the pad flat against the surface. Turn on the DA and spread the polish in a 3’ by 3’ area. This will prime the pad for easier polishing.
PRO TIP: When turning off the DA keep the pad flat against the surface. Do NOT lift the pad while turning off the machine or while the pad is in motion.
When your done spreading the polish, add 2-3 more dime size drops to the pad and change the speed of your DA to a 4 (this is the speed we use for polishing).Turn on the DA with the pad flat against the surface and work the area slowly. Do not keep the pad in one spot, but move around in a cross hatch pattern ensuring you get full coverage of the area you are working on
PRO TIP: Do NOT press down the weight of the DA should be sufficient, you can put a (small) bit of pressure if desired.
Turn off the DA and wipe off the polishing residue and compare it to the unpolished side on the. Use bright lights/flashlight/sun to check your work. Once you are satisfied, move on to the next section and repeat.Wipe down the whole car with Prep Spray before applying a ceramic coating or waxing.
