Welcome back to the Proje’ blog! It’s easy for ceramics, glass cleaners, and car wash products to take all the headlines in detailing – after all, your bodywork and glass are the parts of your car that are most noticeable and cover the largest external area. But that doesn’t mean that you should be neglecting some of the more unseen parts of your vehicle, especially on the inside. Remember, it’s called “auto detailing” for a reason!

This week, we want to look at possibly the smallest product in the Proje’ range. But just because it’s small, doesn’t mean it isn’t vital if you want to achieve perfection with your car. Why wouldn’t you want the best for your beloved vehicle?

If you take a look inside your vehicle, you’ll notice your seats and upholstery first, then maybe your carpeting, the sweeping vinyl of your upper dash, the glass, and the wheel. But perhaps the most overlooked part of your car is your dash itself – specifically the large and small buttons that cover modern dashes. Cars these days are incredibly technical – you probably have a small computer to play with right there! But this also causes problems in terms of dirt and dust build-up, so we need a product that is small and effective enough to really get in there and sort things out!

The Easy Reach Crevice Brush

This brush will really help you get in all the tiny crevices in your car. It’s super small, lightweight, and soft – oh, and it’s only $6.99! You might not realise how many crevices there really are on the inside of your vehicle; think the cracks around the buttons, the joining between dash and screens, the vents for the aircon – now you’re starting to get the idea! Try counting them – we bet it’s a lot!

The Easy Reach Crevice Brush will work on all shape and sizes of crevice It’s also safe on all plastics, leather and interior trim, and will work away the harder-to-reach dirt and dust. And best of all, it’s especially effective when used in conjunction with our Alpha Interior Cleaner and Leather Cleaner.

A Word on Alpha

Of course, it’s also fine to use on its own. Just lightly brush around and inside the crevices of your vehicle and the brush will dislodge any pesky build-ups and prevent any problems happening down the line. But using the brush in conjunction with Alpha Interior Cleaner and Leather Cleaner gives you complete coverage of your interior surfaces – and if you’ve got leather upholstery, it also works on that!

To use Alpha on your plastics and vinyl, you just need a White Intensive 2-Sided Interior Towel to assist you. Make sure you’re working out of direct sunlight – a garage is ideal for this kind of work. Then, just spray it onto the towel and wipe away the dirt. For this kind of quick, superficial work, use the soft microfiber side of the towel to ensure best results.

But the reason to use this towel is that if you flip it over, the terry weave material side is a little tougher, so if you’ve got any sticky stains – say, from a can of fizzy pop – then a bit of extra work will get rid of it for you.
